Completing our trio of construction schedules designed for Excel, is the yearly planning schedule. This feature packed schedule is for any business with multiple projects, including General Contractors and Subcontractors.
 
Easily list all of your Projects and Project Phases, Assigned Supervision and Dates. The spreadsheet will do all of the other work for you, automatically highlighing the dates, with color codes based on the activity level.
 
Want to plan your manpower on the schedule? Enter the manpower required on a Weekly basis, and the schedule will total the manpower requirements, informing you of the high and low peaks.
 
We also bring you charts detailing the projected costs and labor for the year! Enter the average payrate and the form will calculate the weekly cost for you.

    Although we designed our templates to be intuitive, some will include a separate "Instructions" page. Should you have any questions, be sure to let us know on our contact page.
  • Are all of the templates on Excel?
    Yes. We designed all templates on Excel, so you don't need to learn or install any additional software.
  • How do I open the templates after the download?
    The templates will be an excel file or .zip folder. You can use your preferred program to extract the files or click here for assistance. Some files contain Macros. You may see a yellow bar when you open these files, and will need to click the button to allow the Macros to work.
  • How do I receive the templates after purchase?
    You will be redirected to a page with an instant download link and will be sent a download link to the email you provided as well.
  • I paid for a template but it's not allowing me to make changes.
    We protect some templates to ensure the formulas are not deleted by accident. To unprotect the template, go to the "Review" tab and click on unprotect. There is NO PASSWORD on any of the paid/premium templates, so simply leave that blank and press OK if it prompts you.
  • Are there any restrictions to the free templates?
    Free templates may come with ConstructionLogs logos that cannot be removed or edited. Some of the Free templates do not allow access to all editing features. If you're looking for a fully customizable template, our premium templates offer full editing.
