The ConstructionLogs Submittal Log Template allows you to enter and sort information by the: General Contractor Submittal Number, Subcontractor Submittal Number, Construction Specification Number, Submittal Description, Status (approved, pending approval, needs revisions…), Date Issued, Returned for Resubmittal, Date Revised, Date Approved, and Comments.

The spreadsheet automatically highlights any submittals that are not approved, in order to provide easy visibility.

In order to provide accurate tracking on the spreadsheet, stay up to date with the “Last Updated” field. This will ensure that everything up to that date has been entered, and any submittal information that came after that is not in the form.
